How is your programme different?
Medications like wegovy and mounjaro are currently being used in an unsophisticated way based on crude BMI measurements. Patients with high BMIs often have progressed to significant metabolic issues. We believe that with carefully testing we can detect problems at an earlier stage and manage these with a more precise approach that can include low or "microdosing" if there is clinical indication from advanced testing.

Not necessarily. We offer both medication-supported and non-medication versions of the programme. If GLP-1s are appropriate, they will only be prescribed after a clinical review and based on your lab markers and goals.
All medications can have side effects and symptoms which is why we strongly recommend "education before medication."
In the free online videos Dr Mullan discusses the risks and those who should NOT take these types of medications as well as the risks involved.
However, when prescribed appropriately and monitored by experienced clinicians these medications are safe.

Most people notice changes in appetite and improved food control within the first 1–2 weeks. However, our goal is not rapid weight loss. It’s a full metabolic reset. Sustainable improvements in energy, body composition, and biomarkers typically build over 8–12 weeks.
Our focus is long-term change. You’ll receive a maintenance plan based on your new metabolic baseline, including options to taper off medication, adjust supplements, and continue digital or in-clinic support. Most patients continue on a lite version of the programme to maintain progress.
