At your first appointment, we will ask you to fill out a medical history form before having pre-treatment photos taken. These photographs are completely confidential for our records and allow your Doctor to accurately document your progress. 

Your doctor will then meet you and start a thorough consultation, focusing on how you want to feel, not just how you want to look. And then together we develop your personalised plan that works for your priorities, budget and schedule and is always designed to make the most of your natural sparkle – inside and out.  

We will also assign and introduce you to your ‘Team Me’, including your Client Service contact and  Senior Aesthetic Practioner (if required). 

At this point, clients will leave to review their plans, or if happy, they can proceed with their first treatment. There is never any pressure, and we want our clients to feel completely comfortable and informed about their personalised plans. 

We take great pride in developing a personalised plan and delivering treatments that are both effective for you and also safe and ethical. This is why the consultation process is so important to us. 

Your personalised plan will include your future schedule of treatments and appointments that work with you and your schedule. 

You may sometimes have appointments with our highly skilled Senior Aesthetic Practioners or your Doctor depending on your chosen treatment plan. 

The Medicetics Team, ‘Team Me’, are always collaborating, drawing on our collective knowledge and experience. With small changes in your approach to your skincare and beauty regimes, you can experience big differences. We use small and subtle ‘tweakment’ enhancements sparingly because we believe that a little goes a long way.

If you are booking a Nutritionist Consultation or IV Therapy, we would always strongly advise sending a blood sample off for analysis at your first visit. 

You can still go ahead with your first IV Drip or Vitamin Injection, but once we have the results we will then be better able to tailor your subsequent drips for maximum benefit. 

Blood samples are taken in our clinic by our experienced team.
