I’ve been coming to the clinic for a number of years now and not sure why I haven’t actually written a review till now! This place is heaven on earth.. Dr Dondos is more than just a doctor, she is an incredible human being with incredible integrity a wealth of knowledge so humble and so warm! Absolutely one of a kind! This is the only place I have ever been to and will always use!

I have been a patient for approximately 4 years. Each and every time I see Dr Mullan or any one of his team I never feel rushed and everyone is very friendly. Dr Mullan in my experience is exceptionally skilled in his field, always professional, and really listens to one’s concerns. He never rushes an appointment and does not mind if one has general health questions which are not related to the appointment. I would highly recommend him and any of his team.

Dr Dondos is awesome. Everything you want from a doctor in this scenario, warm, professional and extremely experienced. She told me what I do need to have done, what I don’t need and she was absolutely correct across the board. End result had taken years off me I have been complimented constantly yet nobody can quite pinpoint why. Even my sister had to have the work specifically pointed out.

I saw Dr Sepideh for under eye tear trough treatment. She was fantastic. Explained everything very well and I felt in very safe hands. Minimal pain and discomfort and there is still a little swelling a few days later which I'm told is normal and will go down. The results are instant despite the small amount of swelling and I'm really happy. I did lots of research into this treatment and I read Dr Vicky Dondos' book (brilliant btw) and I'm really pleased I came to Medicetics. If I need anything else I won't hesitate in coming back and I'd recommend the clinic to anyone wanting natural looking tweakments.

Fantastic quality and range of treatments. I've been coming to Medicetics for many years now and they have transformed my skin. Joanna is great for hydra-facials and IPL, and Dr Mullen for those very subtle enhancements which just make you look a much better version of yourself. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel at ease.
